What forms of payment do you accept at Designer Trainers?

When will I actually be charged?
Once your order has shipped you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order for your trainers, boots or sandals, has been dispatched from the warehouse and is on its way to you. At this point we will bill your card.
How safe is it to pay using my credit or debit card?
When entering into the payment page at designertrainers.com, you will be taken via a secure and encrypted connection to our Sec Pay secure payment site. The yellow padlock in the bottom right hand side of the browser will indicate that the server is secure and encrypted via SSL.

How much will it cost to send my order?
We have tried to keep the cost of shipping your trainers as low as possible and have provided 2 options.
All trainers above £69.99 are sent FREE via Royal Mail 1st CLASS RECORDED shipping – if the you want to change the shipping service, you will have the option of using Special Delivery NEXT DAY GUARANTEED (working day) the price for this will be £3.50
All trainers above £99.99 are sent FREE via Royal Mail SPECIAL DELIVERY NEXT WORKING DAY shipping – if you want to change the service you will have the option of 1st Class Recorded – this will also be free
All trainers below £69.99 will have two shipping options : -
- 1st Class Recorded Service = £1.50
- Special Delivery Next Working Day = £3.50
Orders must be received by 4pm on the working day and you will be emailed once your item has left us with a valid Royal Mail tracking number.
How will you send my designer trainers or shoes?
All our goods are sent by Royal Mail, either 1st Class Recorded or Special Delivery Service for next working day delivery which you will usually receive before 12 noon. All orders received by 4pm on a working day will be shipped on that day.
How long will my Designer trainers take to arrive?
Next working day for Special Delivery and within 24 to 48 hours if you have chosen 1st Class. This excludes bank holidays and national holidays.
What happens if I need to return my Diesel or Designer trainers?
Our business is based purely around our customers and we look into every possible avenue to help ensure that we provide the highest level of service all round. We run a standard returns policy and ask that if you don't feel entirely satisfied with your purchase, that you return your goods to the address below within 14 days to ensure a full refund.
